Membership Fees
Renewal:
Kids → 15€
Adults → 50€
New member:
Kids → 25€
Adults → 60€
Both the Membership and the Competition License A (FLT) are valid from October 1st until September 30th of the following year.
This period is fixed and does not depend on the date of payment.
For example:
If you pay in March 2025, your membership and license will still expire on September 30th, 2025 (not March 2026).
👉 Therefore, renewals are always due around October 1st of each year.
Get your Competition License A (FLT) and play official tournaments to earn points towards your national ranking.
1. Be a member of a club affiliated with the FLT
You must first be a member of Letz Make It Padel or any other club affiliated with the Luxembourg Tennis Federation (FLT).

2. Apply for the Competition License A (FLT)
Submit your application through our website and pay 25€ to the club.
(The federation will invoice the club for each license).

3. Prepare the required documents
When filling out the application form, please attach the following:
Copy of your ID card (both sides) or passport
Profile picture
Certificate of Affiliation (only if you are not Luxembourgish and wish to participate in the Luxembourg National Championship in September/October – available on MyGuichet) 👉 [Click here to see the steps]

4. Obtain your médico sportif certificate
There are two ways:
Book a medico sportif appointment → Information available via the link below. The Ministry will send us your certificate directly if you inform the doctor that you will compete for Letz Make It Padel.
Use an existing valid certificate → If you already have one from another sport, please attach it. You can also download it from MyGuichet. 👉 [Click here to see the steps]

5. Receive your Competition License A (FLT)
Within a few days, you will receive your license number by email. After that, you are officially ready to compete!
Please note that the Leisure License C is not the same as the Competition License A (FLT license).
Leisure License C
Provides insurance coverage for all amateur events organized by the club.
It is already included in your membership.
Competition License A
Required if you wish to compete in the official national tournament circuit of the federation.
To obtain it, you must undergo the Luxembourgish medical check-up and pay a 25€ fee by completing the form available on our website.
This license is not included in the membership.
Players aged 50 and above do not need to go to the official state sports centers of Médico Sportif.
Instead, they must:
Undergo a medical examination by their family doctor, or
If necessary, by a doctor holding a sports medicine certificate, in accordance with the procedures established by their sports federation.
➡️ After the medical examination, the player must send the medical report to the club in order to complete the application for the Competition License A (FLT).
To participate in official FLT tournaments, you must have the Competition License A (FLT).
Once you have obtained your license, you will receive a license number. Using this number, you can create your account on the tournament platform:

After creating your account with your license number, you will be able to register for all the tournaments available on the platform.

Letz Make It Padel is based at CK SPORTCENTER. Therefore, all court bookings must be made through their website.
You can book a court by:
Creating an account on their website, or
Calling or reserving the court directly via their phone number.

Note: There are no discounts for members and no priority booking for court reservations.
1. You will receive three emails:
First email: your username and password to access the private member area.
Second email: a link to schedule your level test.
Third email: your registration or membership invoice.
2. Schedule your level test:
Use the link in the second email to book your level test at an available time.
3. Take the level test:
Attend your level test and receive the clothing or bag you requested.
4. Be added to WhatsApp groups:
The coach will add you to the groups according to your level.
5.Enjoy all member benefits:
Participate in WhatsApp groups and access the private area of the website.
Get priority for events and classes.
